The Bandit Bosses are among the Bandits and Bandit Scouts in a small encampment in the western/southwestern area of Upper Plains. The Bandit camp is a known place for gaining Prestige XP and money for the somewhat newer characters.

The Bandit Bosses can be found on a small boardwalk in the southern area of the camp. Normally, one or two of them spawn at the same time.
