As far as reports go, Hobgoblins are Giants only found in one single place in Celador: in the Giant Steppes in the northeastern part of Upper Plains. Hobgoblins have a good amount of Health and give decent Prestige XP. They normally come in pairs of two but can be separated rather easily.
