Skeleton Archers are found in Eldeir graveyard, a newbie fighting area. As opposed to Skeletons and Ghouls they are not known to be found elsewhere.

Skeleton Archers used to shoot arrows which made them somewhat dangerous to Initiates. However, currently this doesn't seem to be the case.
